Desde que era niña me gusta dibujar y pintar, esta es una actividad mindfulness ya que te ayuda a traer tu mente al momento presente. Mis técnicas preferidas para el dibujo son lápiz y tinta china y para la pintura el acrílico. Aquí te comparto algunas obritas.

Since I was a child I like to draw and paint, this is a mindfulness activity as it helps you bring your mind to the present moment. My favorite techniques for drawing are pencil and Indian ink and for painting acrylic. Here I share some works with you.
